Registration and details

Please read the following information before registering. Early bird pricing until May 31 and Regular pricing until registration closes on September 7, 2026.

This competition is open to all participants. The top 3 eligible competitors of each class will receive an award. Please note there are no awards for open classes. To be eligible for Eastern Canadian Championship awards, you must be a 2026 member of an Eastern Canadian orienteering club affiliated with Orienteering Canada, and reside in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador. To be eligible for Quebec Championships awards, you must be a 2026 member of an FQCO-affiliated club (Ramblers, Ottawa, Accro-O-Sport, Azimut, Viking, Gaspésie, or Rikico) or an independent FQCO member and reside in Quebec or Ontario.

  • Online Registration:  The 2Mev registration platform requires you to create an account if you do not already have one.  A family needs only one account.  A profile for each family member may be created in the account.  A profile for each family member may be created in the account.  Each individual is registered one at a time.  You must check out your cart to complete your registration. If you are registering for all three events then select the package option which includes the model map. 
  • FQCO and OC memberships.  For insurance purposes, Fédération québécoise de course d’orientation (FQCO) and Orienteering Canada (OC) memberships are required to participate.  Both are free.  If the 2Mev registration platform is not aware that you have these memberships, then it will require you to get them during the registration process.
  • Waiver.  All participants must sign the Orienteering Canada waiver.  If the 2Mev registration platform is not aware that you have signed the OC waiver for 2026, then it will require that you sign the OC waiver during the registration process.
  • Refund Policy: 100% until July 31, 50% until September 7th, no refunds after registration closes
